Shipping & Returns policy

 

How long are shipping times?

 A confirmation email will be sent to the provided email upon completion of your order. Each product will be shipped out from mindfulone within 7-14 business days. Each product at MindfulOne are handmade so depending on the shipping method of your choice and the apparel you choose delivery times may vary. 

What's your return policy?

Here at Mindfulone we are very understanding of returns. If in the event what you ordered is not what you expected it to be you can contact us via email and we will get it taken care of. In order to be considered for a return, the following conditions must be met: your order must be in the same condition it was sent, picture must be emailed, and a brief explanation of what went wrong. We will do our best to accommodate each situation individually and devise a solution. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Thank you for shopping with us!

Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if your within the first 24hrs of your purchase.  Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. We will send you and email wether or not we are able or unable to process your cancelation. If we are unable to process your cancelation request because your order has already been sent out, then please go ahead and request a return and we will get this processed as soon as possible. All orders must be in the same condition it was ordered "un-opened". We will ask you send in a picture of the order "un-opened", if in the event you opened your order we will request an emailed picture of the item in the same condition it was received.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color or defective then simply notify us, and we’ll get it taken care of upon request. Orders will need to be shipped back in the same condition received. Each situation will be addressed per matter.    

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. We only keep a certain amount of each product on hand. All Bracelets are handmade and made to order so please purchase something your soul gravitates towards!
